Friday has come!

5:45 Wake up
6:30 Drive to work for the last time this school year
8:00 Listen to Mr. Toze's end-of-year speech
9:30-10:30 Get signed off by the principal
11:00 Hand in keys
11:30 Hop in car and drive to Clark airport
3:30 Fly to Singapore, official summer holiday will be in effect!!!

I am praying that we make it out of here okay. There have been massive storms rolling through all week, complete with booming thunder, frighteningly bright (and close) lightning and high winds that seem to make the entire apartment building sway. There's also been dumping rain (which is not fun to be caught in!) and grayness from two feet in front of you and beyond.

The weather has sort of mirrored the pure mayhem it's been at work this last week. Literally staying late every day, coming home and eating quickly before heading out to a last-minute appointment, haircut, errand, bank stop or end-of-year social gathering. We are looking forward to just being able to . . . breathe.
