Aiston's First Day at the "Big School"

First Day at ISM; August 7, 2014

Aiston was so excited to start going to International School Manila, where Mommy and Daddy work. We knew he would thrive there, and he already has. He adores waking up each morning to go to school and he loves his teacher, Ms. Randee, and the lovely ladies who help out in the classroom: Ms. Tasha and Ms. Jeng. 

It is so much fun to take turns dropping him off at his classroom door, watching him put his bag in his cubby, his water bottle in the basket. He is learning how to sign in and remember his snack containers. He rides the bus home after school ends at 11:15, exhausted but full of conversation about his day. His talk usually centers around his own lack of sharing with friends at the moment, which we are currently working through. :) Aiston is one happy ISM student, and we are so thankful for the play-based preschool program that is offered here.
