Spring Break!

Tomorrow morning, super early, Cory and I are off to Sagada, a tiny town up north situated against the rice terraces. It's the trip we were meant to do in October, but the weather was crappy. And last time, we were going to take the overnight bus. Ha. Tomorrow, before dawn, we are leaving in our own car. A road trip, just like the good ole days. We are looking forward to 12 hours of scenery, music and talking about everything we need to talk about for the adoption paperwork. And when we arrive in Sagada, we intend to do whatever we feel inclined to do - take walks, read, hike, eat, drink wine, breathe in the fresh air, visit the hanging coffins, go to the museum, explore a cave(!)...it all sounds absolutely heavenly after a full-on past couple of weeks.
